We apologize for any delays you've experienced. The holiday rush still has us working overtime. We've also heard there's a delay for most carriers since the holiday season. Here's what to know about your package.
We're working with our warehouse to make sure all orders, including those that are delayed, go out asap. While they are a little behind, they've assured us that they are almost caught up, so you should see some movement or receive a tracking number soon!
Here's what you can do:
1) Find your confirmation email, which contains the tracking info. If you don't have a confirmation email, check your junk folders. If you still can't find it, click HERE.
2) Check the tracking info. If there is not a clear delivery date, OR if there are more than 10 business days that have passed since the last tracking scan and you don't have a package, click HERE.
Be aware that some items have been out of stock (specific mentions are the socks, paintings, You Are Mine mugs and the RED shirts and hoodies), and that has affected some orders as well.
